By accessing or using the Boosta mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Boosta is operated by Boosta ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Boosta is a social media growth platform designed to help users organically increase their online presence across social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok. The Service provides tools, analytics, and community features to support authentic audience growth.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Boosta and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved through use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boosta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boosta, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boosta operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
